on the dynamic and complex business environment.
3. Develop an understanding of the characteristics of the

with specific reference to leadership.
4. Balance the talents and competencies of teams to maximize
their effectiveness.
5. Develop, coach and mentor people to elicit high
performance leadership behaviors.
6. Define their leadership styles, preferences and
behaviors.
7. Build a personal development plan to enhance and develop
their leadership capability.
