• Exercise the assertive behavior in the communication process.
• Interpret the non verbal communication.
• Differentiate between individual and group communication.
• Explain how culture may affect the communication process.
• Influence the customer decision, through professional learning of customers' styles.

Objectives:
By the end of this session the participants will be able to:

  • Define stress and different stressors.

  • Identify the optimal stress for each.

  • Manage stress successfully.
